A healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy mind and a healthy body. Yusha Neuman has competed as a surfer and has also assisted numerous athletes as a physical therapist/trainer to return to their game. ​

Yusha is fellowship trained by the Gray Institute and is also a certified yoga instructor. Surf Tree Fitness partners with local surf clubs to assist members to perform at their peak.
