A healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy mind and a healthy body. Yusha Neuman has competed as a surfer and has also assisted numerous athletes as a physical therapist to return to their game. ​Yusha is also a licensed lifeguard at Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences in Santa Monica and for the city of Malibu at Malibu High School. Yusha is fellowship trained by the Gray Institute and is also a certified yoga instructor. Surf Tree Fitness partners with local surf clubs to assist members to perform at their peak.
